The Organization of American States (OAS) and the Internet Security Alliance (ISA) made modifications to the Manual of Cyber Risk Supervision for Corporate Boards (presented in 2014) in order to adapt it to the reality and unique needs of the region of Latin America and the Caribbean. This document includes good practices and lessons learned from corporate boards, academia, government and senior management in the region in order to improve and help organizations protect themselves from cyber threats and provide better information protection.
