This publication presents the analysis and conclusions of a study on credit moratorium and rescheduling programs in times of COVID-19 in Latin America and the Caribbean. It presents general aspects of the credit moratorium programs implemented and analyzes the context prior to their implementation, their main general characteristics and their main results and potential impact. Likewise, the relevant aspects identified are studied and good practices for the design and implementation of credit moratorium programs are identified. (Text in Spanish)
